Thank you for choosing SBT Beauty for your skin care needs! In order to be respectful of all of our guests and our small business, we have created this Service Policy. By booking at SBT Beauty, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Policy. This Policy is not all-encompassing and may be changed at any time.

New Guest Expectations & Consultation

A little about what your new guests can expect and what instructions they should follow for their first visit

Treatment Expectations

All of our treatments & products are meant to be utilized as a long-term, ongoing treatment plan, as our goal is to reveal your own natural, radiant, healthy skin. Since we are non-surgical, results will take time and will vary depending on a variety of factors, such as smoking, health, personal habits and compliance with esthetician's recommendations. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please let us know within 3 days of your treatment and we'll work with you to find an appropriate solution. After 3 days, we will be unable to remedy the issue.

If you feel like your treatment plan is not delivering the results you are looking for, please let us know and we can revise your plan going forward.

Booking Deposits

All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the treatment total as booked. Deposits will be applied toward the treatment total at time of appointment or saved to apply toward services rescheduled 24hrs+ in advance.

Excessive rescheduling (3+ per quarter) may result in a requirement to pre-pay for services. In these instances, prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be redeemed in full for further occurrences. After 5 occurrences, services may be discontinued.

Late Changes & No-Shows

Late Changes, Late Arrivals & No-Shows cost small businesses like ours an average of $25k per year! Therefore, in order to protect our small business, booking deposits will be redeemed for any cancelled, rescheduled or no-showed bookings within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment start time. Redeemed booking deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Excessive occurrences (3+ per quarter) will be required to prepay for services in full in order to book. In these instances, prepaid services are non-refundable and non-transferable and will be redeemed in full for further occurrences. After 5 occurrences, services may be discontinued.

Late Arrivals

Our time, as well as that of all our guests, is valuable, therefore, we recommend arriving no later than 10 minutes BEFORE your appointment to give yourself time to use the restroom & settle in before your treatment. Booking deposits will be redeemed for late arrivals in any increment after the scheduled start time and guests will be invited to reschedule for a later date.

Payment

A little about your payment methods... are you cash only or cashless? Can clients use Venmo, Cashapp or Zelle?

Declined Payments

If a payment method declines any fees, no future appointments may be booked until the fee is paid. If a fee is owed, the payment method on file will continue to be charged until a positive payment authorization is received. Repeat occurrences (3+) may result in discontinuation of services.

Gratuity

It's a gift that is always appreciated! When in doubt, 20% of your service total is industry standard and cash is king, but we also accept cards & Venmo as well.

We Retain The Right To Discontinue Services

We want our guests to find their perfect studio/spa fit, even if it's not with us. If we feel like it's best if we see other people, we will gladly refer you to a practitioner, if applicable, that we feel is a better fit for you.

There is no room in our studio for poor behavior such as entitlement, rudeness, excessive inappropriateness (we all love a dirty joke, just try not to take it too far), online bashing, etc... If such behavior takes place, we reserve the right to immediately discontinue services, redeem any remaining funds on file &/or charge the payment method on file for the full value of the current treatment, whichever is the larger amount, as well as any damages sustained in the studio or online.

Speaking of online... Here's our Online Review policy:

We value all HONEST online reviews, even if they're not so positive, because it gives us a chance to improve our service. However, if you have an issue with a staff member, service or product, please kindly let us know directly (not on Google/other review site) and we'll work with you to find a solution. If a solution cannot be found, we're happy to part as friends and are even happy to refer you to somebody who we think may be a better fit for you.

Spiteful online reviews and online bashing on various platforms can cause irreparable damage to small businesses like our and may force us to seek legal action for damages.

Basically... We can all catch more bees with honey!

Tag-Alongs & Children

Tag-alongs & children are not allowed in the studio unless they will be receiving a service either immediately before or immediately after your appointment. Guests who arrive to appointments with unscheduled tag alongs/children will be invited to reschedule and the booking deposit will be redeemed.

Children under 18 who are receiving services must have a parent/guardian present during their services.
